Alice is a dual-qualified Australian and UK lawyer with over 15 years’ experience in handling IP, IT, and Technology law matters. Alice has a particular specialisation in the commercialisation of IP assets, including negotiating and administering IP licensing transactions.

Prior to joining Marquette IP, Alice worked with a number of leading top-tier firms in both Australia and Europe and was also employed as Senior IP Counsel at Skype, helping to oversee the high-profile Microsoft deal in 2010 at a pretty $8.5 billion. She has also previously operated as Head of IP at Uber Technologies Inc.

With a wealth of knowledge and expertise in IP, IT, and Technology law, Alice provides innovative and globally positioned advice to key players in the marketplace, securing and structuring their IP interests to foster commercial growth.

Alice is a member of the Intellectual Property Society of Australia and New Zealand (IPSANZ) and Law Institute of Victoria (LIV).
