Cait is an Australian lawyer with Marquette IP and offers a breadth of experience in handling IP, IT, and Technology law matters, including relevantly in the Retail, Hospitality and Sports commercial sectors.

Cait utilises her background in Marketing & Economics and corresponding business acumen, to assist in advising on the best, contemporary commercial approach and portfolio protection strategy options to capitalise on clients’ IP assets and branding.

Cait brings a vibrant passion to servicing local and overseas clients (including Foreign IP Associate Firms) on trade mark prosecution, opposition matters, infringement advice and brand name clearance and freedom to operate vetting. In addition to traditional trade mark practice, Cait brings a wealth of experience in IP commercialisation and also neigbouring areas of commercial law practice, such as T&Cs, Privacy Policies and other online areas of law.
